DRAWING/FINALIZING PLANS. Regardless of your stage of planning, let us connect you with a professional draftsman who will work with you one-on-one to tweak and finalize your construction plans at a reasonable rate.
PLAN-SPECIFIC ESTIMATING.  Once we have final plans, we'll get plan-specific estimates for the total cost of your construction in a line-by-line format.   At that point, and with a realistic idea of the cost of your anticipated construction, we will work with you to make suggestions for trimming that number if needed or quoting any desired upgrades.
FUNDING. We are an approved builder with area banks such as Ameris, Regions, MVB, BB&T, First Citizens, Union Mortgage, and Sun Trust Mortgage to name a few.  We are a VA-Approved Builder in the local market.  While we don't actually fund construction, we work with a network of local lenders that are eager to earn your business.
CONSTRUCTION. We build on a commitment to quality and service.  We contract with long-standing, skilled and reliable subcontractors to ensure the best building experience for you and one that includes a comprehensive warranty process.  

Further, we hire and work with only those licensed/registered subcontractors who are adequately bonded/insured for our protection and for yours.    Residential Builders must be licensed and their subcontractors independently registered through the SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (SC LLR). Contrary to popular belief, contractors may not work under a Residential Builder's (RB) license.  Visit LLR's Licensee Lookup to ensure you're working with properly licensed professionals.
OPEN-BOOK POLICY.   We believe communication is key during construction.  The homeowner is encouraged to ask questions, to visit the site, and be a part of the building process. 

Throughout construction, we will upload progress pictures and scanned invoices so that you can stay on top of the progress and the costs being incurred.  We will give you a link to connect to your Construction Progress Site.  Additionally, we'll provide budget variance reports detailing any overages/cost savings throughout construction as well as draw/payout tracking so you can rest assured your construction dollars are being handled appropriately.
